Rhythmic Concepts proudly presents the 26th Annual Jazz Camp WEST
Jazz Camp WEST is an eight-day jazz immersion program for instrumentalists, vocalists and dancers held in the beautiful redwoods of La Honda in Northern California. The combination of workshops, personalized instruction, student performances, faculty concerts, late night jams, and beautiful surroundings with new friends and mentors creates an inspiring and memorable week.
At Jazz Camp, 45 all-star faculty members and 250 participants of all ages, backgrounds and levels come together for a creative experience that is profoundly rewarding. The majestic setting mixed with musical immersion, inspiration, encouragement and support set the stage for magic at Jazz Camp WEST.

Create a personal schedule from over 100 classes offered each day!
Instrumental, vocal, and dance classes are offered for the complete beginner or the seasoned professional.
 Musical styles include traditional and contemporary Jazz, Blues, Latin, Reggae, Brazilian, Funk, Afro-Cuban and Gospel.
Instrumental workshops in piano, guitar, bass, drums, reeds, percussion, steel drums and specialty instruments including violin and vibes are offered daily.
Jazz Camp also offers combos; Jazz and Latin Big Band; Blues, Bob Marley, Salsa, Brazilian and Funk workshops; theory and ear training; Performance Anxiety and performance workshops.
Vocal classes include an audition-only Vocal Intensive Program, Master classes, soloing, improvisation, ensemble singing, repertoire and the All-Camp Gospel Choir.
Dance classes include jazz, salsa/rueda and Brazilian. Plus special Body Percussion classes.
Perform with students and faculty before a live audience at Open Mic.
Attend exceptional nightly faculty concerts in a beautiful outdoor amphitheater.
Late night jam sessions, dessert and our outdoor jazz film series.
Enhance your musical network and create new inspiring relationships with teachers, colleagues and friends.
